Just to make sure we’re all on the same page, whenever
we mention “Shooting Star,” we mean Shooting Star
Casino, Hotel and Event Center.SM At Shooting Star, we’re
dedicated to giving you more of what you want. That’s
why we invite all eligible members to join Star Rewards.
Because there are so many benefits to joining, we
have to go over some basic rules that apply to all of
our Star Rewards members.
1. Membership is free and voluntary.
2. You must be 18 years of age with a valid picture ID in order to enroll in Star Rewards. A valid picture ID is defined as a current driver’s license, state-issued identification card, military identification, Tribal identification or passport. To conduct transactions with Star Rewards, you’ll need to present your Star Rewards card and/or valid picture ID.
3. Your membership in Star Rewards and any points or benefits to which you are or may be entitled are yours alone and cannot be transferred. Your membership points or benefits may not be brokered, bartered or sold and may not be transferred upon death or as a part of a civil or domestic partner relations matter.
4. The club’s numerous benefits are intended for use by the
person(s) listed on the account. We’ll keep all account numbers and data confidential of course.
5. Star Rewards cards may be used to track play and accumulated points only by the person(s) listed on the account.
6. You can earn Rewards points for all tracked Slots, Blackjack, Bingo and Poker. Please make sure your Star Rewards card is property inserted into the card reader box. Any play with improperly inserted card will not generate points. When playing Blackjack and Bingo, simply present your membership card to receive points. When playing Poker, simply present your card to receive points on your card; points will only be rewarded for tournament buy-ins. Sorry, but Shooting Star is not responsible for points lost due to an
improperly inserted card at specified gaming areas.
7. Shooting Star management may, at its sole discretion, adjust any point balances resulting from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud.
8. Disputes regarding eligibility for membership in Star Rewards, accumulation or redemption of points, and point balances will be resolved by Shooting Star management, whose discretion will be final and binding.
9. All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of Shooting Star.
10. Your Rewards points will remain valid as long as you earn at least one Rewards point every 15 months. Otherwise, without any use, your entire Star Rewards account balance will expire after 15 months.
11. As a member, you agree to allow the use of your name
and likeness for Shooting Star promotions, advertising and announcements without compensation.
12. Members are responsible for any and all taxes, registrations and other fees.
13. Shooting Star associates are eligible for Star Rewards membership and benefits when off-duty. However, they are exempt from earning and/or winning prizes valued at $500 or more.
14. Duplicate Star Rewards cards may be issued upon presentation of proper valid picture ID. Shooting Star is not responsible for lost or stolen Star Rewards cards. But we’ll gladly issue you a replacement card if you present a valid picture ID.
15. Complimentary services may be extended to Star Rewards members at Shooting Star’s discretion.
16. When redeeming Star Rewards points for cash, redemption begins at a minimum of 250 pts for $10 and then 25 pts for every $1.00 after this.
17. All Star Rewards points earnings are subject to review and verification. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc., for this program lie solely with Shooting Star, whose decisions are final.
18. Shooting Star reserves the right to modify or cancel the Star Rewards program at any time, for any reason subject to any applicable regulatory approval. Any such modification will not materially alter or change any of your rewards already earned or redeemed before the modification date.
19. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Star Rewards program may have their privileges revoked and/or may be in violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Shooting Star reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
20. If you’re married, you and your spouse may share an account. Valid proof of marriage is required, and each shared account has a maximum of two members.
21. Joint Star Rewards accounts may be separated in the event of divorce. Shooting Star will create a new account for the individual who requests the separation. Star Rewards points will then be redistributed to each person who originally earned them, unless stated otherwise by a valid final court order that is submitted to Shooting Star. Certain restrictions apply.
22. Individuals who are excluded from Shooting Star are not
eligible to participate.
23. Use of the Star Rewards card constitutes your acceptance of the club’s conditions and membership rules. Shooting Star management reserves the right to modify or withdraw any portion of the club – including its rules for membership, its point accrual and redemption system, and its promotions – in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
